If you wish to change the card after the subscription has expired, you will need to cancel the current subscription and subscribe again with a different card.
Step 1: Cancellation Settings:
Settings > Payment Settings > Cancel Subscription
Step 2: Subscription with a different card:
Settings > Payment settings > Upgrade plan > Choose plan > Continue to payment > Delete 'old' card information > Enter new card > Confirm subscription
When you change your card after the subscription has ended and renew the subscription with a new card, all the queries you've previously set up will remain in your account.
