If you wish to change the card after the subscription has expired, you will need to
cancel the current subscription by clicking:
Settings > Payment Settings > Cancel Subscription
After you click on Cancel Subscription, our Customer Support will reach out to you immediately. After that, you'll have to subscribe again with a different card by following these steps:
Settings > Payment settings > Upgrade plan
Then, select the desired plan and click Continue to payment. After you enter company data, hover over the card and click on Remove card.
Enter the information from the new card in the boxes.
To purchase a new subscription, click on Confirm subscription.
When you change your card after the subscription has ended and renew the subscription with a new card, all the queries you've previously set up will remain in your account.
